1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup Sugar
1 Tblsp Lemon juice
1 Tblsp Gelatine
1/2 cup Boiling Water
1/2 cup Anchor Instant Milk Powder, non fat
1/2 cup Ice Cold Water
Remove skins from tamarillos. Slice the tamarillos and simmer with 1/2 cup water for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle the gelatine onto 1/2 cup boiling water and stir until dissolved.
Add gelatine, lemon juice and sugar to the fruit and stir until dissolved. Cool, chill until thickening but not set.
Beat together the instant milk powder and the ice cold water until very thick and fluffy (about 5 minutes).
Beat together fruit and gelatine mixture until frothy, then beat in the whipped milk mixture until well combined.
Pour into 5-6 individual dishes, chill until set.
This dessert can easily be decorated with chocolate pieces and ice cream.
